Acceptance
Installing or using Voltborn means you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.
License to Use
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Voltborn for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Voltessence and In-Game Items
Voltessence, storm gifts, relics and any other in-game items are earned only through play. They have no real-world value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or anything of value, and may be reset if you reset progress or delete the app.
Acceptable Use
Please do not reverse-engineer, modify, tamper with, cheat in, or redistribute the app. Voltborn is for your personal use only.
Intellectual Property
Voltborn and all of its art, audio, writing, and code belong to the developer. This license does not transfer any ownership to you.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Voltborn is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Children
Voltborn is a family-friendly game suitable for a general audience.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Voltborn after a change means you accept the current version.
